About
A small company building products one at a time.
Ember Labs, LLC is a software company based in Florida. We make focused products for specific people and keep each one small enough to do well.
What we make
Lumi is an AI companion for adults with ADHD and neurodivergent brains. It is built around how the ADHD brain actually works, with no streaks, no punishment, and invitations instead of commands.
Trace is chargeback defense for e-commerce merchants. It collects evidence, drafts the response with AI, and lets the merchant review and submit, for a flat monthly fee rather than a share of what they win.
How we think about it
Software should respect the person using it. For Lumi that means never adding shame to a hard day. For Trace it means honest pricing and keeping the merchant in control of every response. We use AI where it removes work, and keep people in charge of the decisions.
Who is behind it
Ember Labs was founded by Brandon Holt, who builds and runs each product.
